*Prepaid Heating is no longer available for the 2008-09 season* Please read carefully before purchasing Prepaid Heating Oil, scroll all the way down for Prepaid Pricing or to place your order We protect your heating oil price by "Locking In" (*variable rate requires optional protection policy listed below) your heating oil price. We have reserved a limited supply. Orders will be filled as funds are received on a first come basis. Price remains constant The minimum prepaid purchase amount is 400 gallons. Protection period is September 1st 2008 thru May 31st 2009. All heating oil will be delivered by weather forecasted automatic degree day delivery, and must be received into customer's tank by May 31st 2009. We reserve the right to determine tank fill requirements at our descretion. Once your ordered gallons on account are delivered, you will be subject to our automatic delivery retail price at time of delivery, no partial deliveries will be made. Any remaining credit on account at program end will be subject to prior commitment of heating oil contract or current heating oil market price, whichever is greater. Credit to be applied toward future programs or services offered by us. No refunds.
Written notification is required for cancellation of automatic delivery service at program's end. If you need assistance with estimating your gallons of protection - Call us - 610-326-2889. Your delivered price at time of delivery will be invoiced at the locked in fixed price.

No refunds or cancellations. o Early termination subject to $299.00 early termination fee, plus contract fees equal to .40 cents per gallon of unused gallons. o No outside deliveries for any reason are permitted. o Intent not to receive purchased gallons by use of supplemental heat source -contract will be voided and subject to termination fees. If our automatic delivery prepay price is lower than the your fixed (capped) price at time of delivery you will be invoiced at that price. Protection Policy - Allows your delivered price to reflect our current automatic delivery pricing and protects you from price spikes, Pricing will never go above the purchased price. Heating Oil gallons are purchased at the "capped" maximum. You will recieve a credit if price level remains below your purchased price. Protection policy cost is $0.35 cents per gallon ordered. Protection policy period September 1st 2008 through May 31st, 2009.
